Terms of service

I. BY COMMISSIONING ME:

You guarantee that you are 18 years old or older.You guarantee that the commissioned artwork is only for personal use.You guarantee that you won't resell or use the commissioned artwork for any commercial use.You confirm that you have read, understood and agreed all the following terms of service outlined below.

II. ABOUT COPYRIGHT:

All my artworks and contents are under a Creative Commons License Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivateWorks4.0 Internacional. This means:

-Acknowledge my authorship.

You (follower, fan or Internet user) can share and repost my art at your personal social medias if and when the artwork keeps my logo and signature, and if possible, the source. If you have a Patreon, a company, a studio, a game, a business of any type, no, you can't use or modify my work. This sentence only refers to the non-commercial uses.

You (commissioner) can share and post the artwork on your social medias and personal blogs or websites if and when the artwork keeps my logo and signature, and if possible, the source.

-Personal use only.

You (commissioner) can share and post the artwork on your social medias and personal blogs or websites if and when the use of the artwork is limited to non-commercial uses.

You (commissioner) can print the artwork if and when the prints are for personal use only and not to sell them commercially.

-No Derivate Works.

The authorization to use my artworks does not include the transformation to create a derivative work. The total or partial modification of my artworks is not permitted.

Take in mind that often my artworks display Original Characters. I will inform to the owner(s) about any unauthorized use of my artworks when the artwork features their Original Characters.

If any infringement of copyright would be detected, I will require the withdrawal of the artwork or I will take legal measures.

The artist reserve the right to modify, edit, trim and display the artworks on any social media accounts or websites, for past, present or future promotional purposes.

The artist reserve the right to use the artworks for past, present or future commercial purposes.

III. ABOUT PAYMENT:

Payments will be in full and in advance through online payment.

If you are selected for a slot, on my contact email I will attach an approximate budget for the idea you sent, this way you will be able to tell if it's affordable for you or not and if you want to move forward.

If you want to continue, I will work on a rough sketch and send it with the exact price. I consider this first sketch as a sign of my good faith and I will require the payment in full to continue.

IV. ABOUT PRICING:

- I work on Full Color Paintings, offering a pack which contains: : 

• The price for a Full color painting cost at least 350 Euros (around $400 USD), fees for online payment not included. The pack includes one character + medium background + cum version + a time-lapse video of coloring process, but final price depends on the characters and level of detail.

• Price for detailed backgrounds and alternate versions will depend on the details requested, consult me!

• Disclaimer: Video quality can vary from one to another, please, take in mind that I'm still learning how to make them better :)

-Private commissions:

• I prefer working on commissions that I can display on my gallery, but if you're really looking for a private commission, take in mind that private commissions will have an additional fee.

• The fee for private commissions will be applied also to those who hadn’t requested a commission as private when they hired me and a time after, ask for the removal of their commissioned piece from my social medias.

• In both cases, the fee may even consist of the total cost of said commission.

V. ABOUT COMMISSION PROCESS:

Once I confirmed that your idea has been selected for working, the process is the following:

-Rough sketch

-Feedback / change requests (if any)

-Payment

-Clean Sketch

-Coloring

-Delivery in high resolution

Once you see the rough sketch, it's the moment for sending feedback and request changes (if any).

I will value if the requested modifications will increase the price or not (usually changes haven't got any charge) and then you will send the payment.

I will start working on editing the sketch to add changes and make it cleaner after receiving the payment.

Once you have agreed the sketch and I will start coloring, changes won't be permitted, with the exception of the case that I would had overlooked any requested detail.

You can ask updates at anytime and I agree to provide screenshots to prove the good progress of the artwork.

VI. ABOUT DELIVERY TIME:

Each commission usually takes me four to ten days, depending on the complexity of the artwork. It probably will take around six days since the moment you send the payment to deliver the finished artwork.

VII. ABOUT CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY:

Since I don't require the payment till the moment I send the rough sketch, you will have since the moment I confirmed the slot to let me know if you want to cancel the work and it won't mean any cost for you.

I always send the first sketch assuming that we are going to work together, so if I've already sent the sketch and you doesn't want to continue, you will have to pay the cost of the sketch.

I don't accept refunds when the artwork is already in process. Ordering a piece of art isn't like reserving any other item, the process of production is completely personalized, it takes a long time thinking about inspiration, then working on one or various sketches and painting.

If there's any problem during the process we'll discuss to get an agreement, but I'll only consider a refund on extreme cases. At any case, the costs of the work already done would be deducted from the total amount of budget.

Take in mind that I (the artist) can cancel a commission in case that the client's behavior would be inappropriate, rude or disrespectful at anytime, involving the corresponding refund with deducted costs.
